About Us
Francone Elementary strives to create a school where ALL students are acknowledged, valued and respected. All children are enriched by having the opportunity to develop a sense of belonging, to learn from one another, grow to care for one another, and gain the attitudes, skills and values necessary for a successful community environment.

Personal Device Policy Update
A new Texas law (House Bill 1481) requires school districts to prohibit student use of all personal communication devices during the school day. Therefore, Cypress-Fairbanks ISD is updating its cell phone policy.

New student registration for the 2025–26 school year is now open for students in Pre-K through 12th grade.
